I do believe that it is when a bunch of silly thirteen-year-old girls get together, sit in a group, and talk about silly things like which boy is "hot", which girl they hate the most and how to plan revenges on other girls who have said/done something to one of the members in the circle. Hence, the name, "Girl Talk". Or it could be a board game. Though it should be spelled B-O-R-E-D game. Anyone who plays it has serious problems.

"GiRl Talk" is basically like 'TRuth OR DaRe'. You just do silly things foR points; like dancing with a bRoom... pushing a dime acRoss the flooR with youR nose... and so on and so foRth. It's PERFECT foR sleep oveRs. :D
