Try this. It my granmothers recipie:
2 tablespoons (2 turns around the pan) extra-virgin olive oil
4 to 6 cloves garlic, chopped
1 tin flat anchovy fillets, drained
1 /2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
20 oil-cured black olives, cracked away from pit and coarsely chopped
3 tablespoons capers
1 (32-ounce) can chunky style crushed tomatoes
1 (14.5-ounce) can diced tomatoes, drained
A few grinds black pepper
1/4 cup (a couple of handfuls) flat leaf parsley, chopped
1 pound spaghetti, cooked to al dente (with a bite)
Crusty bread, for mopping
Grated Parmigiano Reggiano or Romano, for passing, optional

Serving suggestions: a simple salad of mixed bitter greens dressed with oil and vinegar, salt, and pepper, recipe follows

Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add oil, garlic, anchovies, and crushed pepper. Saute mixture until anchovies melt into oil and completely dissolve and garlic is tender, about 3 minutes: your kitchen never smelled so good! Add olives, capers, tomatoes, black pepper, and parsley. Bring sauce to a bubble, reduce heat, and simmer 8 to 10 minutes.

Toss sauce with cooked pasta. Pass bread and cheese at the table and serve with a simple salad of mixed bitter greens dressed with oil and vinegar, salt, and pepper.

Good Luck!

Here ya go:

1. Get two pieces of bread.
2. Put peanut-butter on one piece of bread.
3. Put jelly on the other piece of bread.
4. Put it together.
5. Eat it.

salad
1. Get lettuce, carrots, cheese, and whatever else you like on your salad. Also a bowl or plate, and a type of salad dressing.
2. Break up the lettuce into small and big pieces.
3. Put them in the bowl and put the cheese, tomatoes, and othet toppings on it.
4. Put the dressing on it. (Not too much)
5. Eat it.

grilled cheese
1. Get a few pieces of bread, butter, cheese, and a pan.
2. Put the butter on the bread and put the bread on the pan.
3. Turn on the stove.
4. Put the pan on the stove and cook the bread.
5. While cooking, put the cheese on it and let it melt on top of the buttered bread.

Look on the cooking channels and you'll find more recipes. Also, look in a cookbook.

i have a ton of simple recipes i can give you. some things to consider are what types of food your dad usually leaves for you. Make something similar to that. Or try some new things like...
*a pb and j sanwich.
(peanut butter and jelly)
two slices of bread
peanut butter
jelly
1. Spread the peanut butter with a knife on one slice of bread.
2. Spred the jelly with a knife on another slice of bread.
Put the two slices together "sandwiching" the jelly and pnut butter together
*meat sandwich
2 slices of bread
meat
cheese (optional)
lettuce, mayo, mustard (optional)
1. spread mayo on bothe slices of bread
2. put meat on one slice of bread on top of mayo.
3. do the same with the other ingredients and sandwich 2 slices of bread together
if you want something REALLY easy
some fruit with chips and a drink are tasty
you can enjoy that with either sandwiches
Hope I helped
~K~
