love handles ok so you kno the skin or "fat" that is usually called love handles? well how do you get rid of it.. are there exercises u can do? Its summer and it would be nice to not be self conscience about my body. I know i shouldn't be but i just want to know if anyone has anythign that would help thanks a bunch =D

yea if you have a set of weights you hold them in your hand and you bend sideways like you drop one side of your upper body

Situps/cRunches and jogging will simply do WONDERS foR you!!! Also, pRoviding you cut out white bRead and soda... [if you'Re used to consuming A LOT of it] you can see a diffeRence the fiRst two weeks. My fRiend did it.. and we weRe both shocked to all hell! But of couRse weight loss takes time.... you just have to stay committed, and have the dRive to keep it up. TRy to keep youRself busy... and sleep as often as possible... these things keep youR mind busy and off food. I can't Really say how long it will take; I suppose that diffeRs fRom peRson to peRson. It Really just depends on how much weight you'Re looking to shed. I'd say you could lose 10 to 20 pounds in a month; that's veRy possible. Goodluck to you!! yes of course there is lots of those exercises. but most importain things is PERSERVERENCE. hmm i wonder if i spell that right... anyways ... you can jog everyday until you sweat a lot
or just do treadmil or mini stepper for 30 min everyday.

I had the same problem as you.! The love handles are so hard to get rid of! But anyways try the atkins diet and exercise A LOT like go to the gym or run a mile or 2! This helped me! But then again my boyfriend loved my love handles because if ur an extra skinny girl you dont have anything the guy can grab onto..ya know what im sayin? so its really your choice on what you want to do! There is nothing wrong with love handles some guys think its hot. Alot of girls even guys have them....you shouldnt worry about it. If you really want them to go away you could run ocassionally. ]
hey you know bicycles for your stomach. where you put your elbow to your opposite knee while your on your back. they help the outer stomach where the love handles are. do 15 of these, then rest for about a minute and do 15 more. thats two reps. do two reps at least 4 times a week. start increasing the amount if your up for the challenge!
