...how did you get her in there? was she really small..or a really big microwave? wow, thats amazing, your the first one i've heard of putting someone in the microwave. not sure what you should do though...put her in the garbage and say something went bad if anyone asks?

The most important thing to do is to stay calm.
If any police come to investigate, serve her to them as "some food you were cooking right before they came - but you cooked way too much anyway - so you'd like to have their opinion on the taste"
Offer them as much as possible, that way they won't find a body.
