This isn't really advice but I need a favour.
I need you to give me ALL the beauty/health tips and secrets you know off the top of your head.

It's for a thing at school (uhm, my teacher..weird much?)
Don't give me sites please just tell me the ones you can think of off the top of your head and if you think of any more you can easily edit your answer.

It's an easy 5.

They can be
Hair, make-up, nails, fitness, health, etc tips AND/or secrets.

walk up your stairs to loos weight and make sure to go school shopping at good store like, abercrombie and fitch, hollister, and american eagle, gorw your hair long (if it is not already) straiten your hair for school (but dont in the summer because it just get ruined from the weather and damages your hair) use any straiting damage control spry and shampoo.get highlights ( if you have dark blond hair get light blond highlight all around your head and close together, if you have brown hair get light brown highlights all around your head and close together)

hey!

i have a couple of good tips

**wash your pillow covers ever 2 or 3 days cause no one wants to sleep on a pillow full of oils from your hair and face.

**if you bite your nails and you want to stop you should buy Nutra Nail the 5 to 7 day growth aloe formula it helps go out your nails and works really good

**to make your eyes look bigger use bright eyeshadow colors they work perfect

**if you want a eyeliner that is waterproof and non smudge you need to buy maybelline new york expertwear it works great

**if you want longer eyelashes you need to buy XXL volume mascara by maybelline new york it works great

here is 4 essential health tips.......

move more-
make it a daily challange it move more. ex- walk your dog. anything that moves your limbs is not only a fitness tool its a stress buster too.

cut fat- avoid fast foods. the dairy products should be eaten in the low fat verisons. nute and sandwhich meats, mayo, butter and sauses so be eaten in limited amounts.

quit smoking- just dont it. its not smart

reduce stress- strees highers your chances to gain more wait faster.

a tip for make-up is make it look natural...natural look is popular now and many celebs make their make-up look natural...use light colored lipgloss, eyeshawdow and if use concealer make it a soft blending tone that matches the tone of your skin...in the summer remember about your tan so you may want to use a darker tone for skin in the summer...

hair- dont wash your hair everyday it dries your hair out.
makeup- use uncented baby wipes to take off makeup.
for personal hygiene dont share your makeup with anyone and wash your cosmetic brushes every month to get rid of bacteria build up.
nails- avoid biting your nails

always get your hair colored professionally
make-up is a good way to show a little bit of your personality
diet pills are bad for you
eating healthy is better for your body than diets
FHI straightners work better than CHIs and are cheaper too
dark make up on a wide jaw makes it look smaller
light make up on small cheekbones make them look larger
(the above two tips work with everything...dark contours, light highlights)
biting your nails can give you a nasty nail disease
black is slimming

ok...
brush your hair right after you take a shower because it will smoooth out your hair
befor you straighten your hair use the biosilk stuff it makes your hair look silky
dont wear too much make up otherwise it will look like you dont kno how to put on make up
if you put in some kind of oil idk wat kind but its like hair oil it will keep ur hair from drying up and not turn white...you put it in keep it in for like 2 hours or 3 and then take a shower and it will come off
if you have tanned skin do not wear dark blue eyeshadow focus on the naturals like browns and peachish
if you have fair skin focus on naturals and also light colors NEVER if you have white skin wear red or pink it makes your eyes look wierd and never wear dark colors... youll look like a freak!

make-up- dont share make up or u can get a stye, if you want to put on eyeliner on the top eye lind like the inside pick ur eyelid up.

Fittness-i run about 2 miles every morning and i've mangaed to weight 98lbs @ the age of 14.

ugh...im not good at these...

*comb hair when its wet, dont brush
*with make up, less is more
*confidence can make anything beautiful
