well... its not really your choice who asks you out you just have to become friends with them thats key unless some people already like them.... my answer would be get to know some guys don't nescisarily flirt with them but just be friendly and like get to know them, hang out with them and if they like you they'll ask you out or if you feel comfortable go for it and ask them but i think only after youve gotten to know them
