anybody no ingredients to make protein drinks to help u get muscles and bigger. Or dus any1 no where to get protein powders like which shops and where bouts in romford, essex, ilford or barking? cos i wanna get some protein drinks or powder an stuff lyk dat. Please help i rate high

Hey well i dont know any you can make but i know like at the store maybe at wal mart or something there is a drink called canration instant breakfast and like all you do is add milk and mix the powder with the milk and it has alot of protein it it

well i dono about powders but mix eggs peanuts beans and some meat (all that is loaded w/ protein) -mike
