Does he like me or is he just messin around?
This guy, I don't know if he's just messing around with me or if he likes me or not, but everytim I walk by him, he always says the samething, which is the first time we met. He'd even yelled it out across the field if he catches me.
And when he's sitting down he does the samething but after that he'd look at me for long periods of time.
After Spring Break he actually ran up to me just to say the same thing (he usually only says that when I walk by), and his friends would laugh at him and yell out to him that that was 4 months ago. His friend even told me he's single.
What his friends also do is point out my presence when he's not paying attention.
But I asked my friend who sits with him at lunch sometimes and she told me that he liked someone else and he just does that kind of stuff.

Same thing happened to me. He'll keep doing that [even if he gets a girl friend]. He's just a big flirt. Your probably gonna start liking him, if you don't already, but try not to. It's not worth it in the end. He's just flirting, so just take it as a friend way.

He could be playing with you but then boys have a different way of showing affection most won't just say it so he might actually like you, you never know until you ask.

boys are very fickle so he could like you one day or one week an then move on an like someone else
or he could jus like more then one person, you shouldnt always believe what u hear, until you know for sure he likes someone else or that hes not taken
i think you should jump to a conclusion an say he likes you
but dont be disapointed if he doesnt
next time you see him go up to him and try to small talk (if he remembers u then there is a high chance he likes you, if not get to know him and thats where the real stuff happens)
you should ask him if he likes asian/pi girls hun maybe that will help you out, and if you see him in the halls pretend like your running to your friend at least once when hes looking towards you so then that might jote his memory
you need to really talk to him if you really wanna know the truth
