Drink a lot of cold fluids. This speeds up your metabolism because your body needs to bring the temperature back to normal, which also burns calories. Also, eat many small meals throughout the day rather than just three large ones. Regular cardiovascular exercise such as running, biking, walking, and swimming also speeds up your metabolism for a while.

-exercising
-eating 5 small meals a day rather than 3 big ones
-EAT BREAKFAST (thats the biggest, your metabolisim starts working as soon as you start eating, so make sure you eat in the morning)
-drinking lots of water
-dont eat a few hours before you go to bed

Exercising, things like Aerobic exercise, walking, swimming or cycling. Believe it or not breakfast will also help. Also eating less higher fat foods and more healthy foods like lean protien stuff and vegetables.
