how can i brake a bone a mean break it not sprain it ireally want to know and plese only comment back if you are going to help me i rate high for advice that is useful dont give me advice like why would you want to do it i need something that is garenteed to work.
painfully and not so much painfully
twist it and jam on it
but it hurts most of the time unless you take pain killer thing on your finger whole bunch of times... (the person who cut it, took it so much it didnt hurt him when he cutted with dull scissors ... i know how weird)
so you can go with classic way
just slam it with a hammer
but lots of people chicken out on that...
and you can hit like metal poll but most of
times you break your knuckles doing that
so hope this helped and i may suggest you
breakin your finger is not the only way to
what ever you are doing (and i know what you are up to because ive seen it )
i am just not trying to tell the public so if you need someone to talk to i am here for ya so

Um, if you wanna mess up your elbow joint, put ur hand on something and have some1 put weight on the joint till it bends back and breaks. PLEASE DO N OT HURT URSELF. i've had tons of broken bones it isnt fun!!

Extend your arm straight and lock it.
Jump out of the tree and an angle in which your extended arm that is locked out will be the first thing to hit the ground, palm first.
That will break it. If not that, get someone to kick you in the knees from the front, 3 pounds to break a knee.
