weight I have weight issues somedays i feel like a cow and can it a whole buffet and i gain about 5 10 lbs. and other days i can barely eat anything i get sickto my stomach and lose bout 5 ilbs. how can i control this.

hmm...some times i have this issue too. i would suggest that on the days that u feel "like a cow" talk to whoever is around you that day and ask them to make sure that you don't eat too much. also watch yourself. if you have a plate full of food and you finish that and think you can go for another, tell yourself no and that you can eat a small snack later.i usually found that the day after i pig out, i feel sick to my stomache.this is probably just from over eating the day before. hope that helps!!! ]

The only thing I can Really suggest would be asking youR DoctoR to Recommend a dietician. the only way to control is it to go to your physician. Ask him/her some healthy eating habits. Perhaps he can give you a eating plan, like certain ideas for eating at each meal. Another thing you can do is write down everything you ate each day, even if it's small or a snack. It helps to see what your eating to control yourself. Also, i know that when im upset or depressed ill eat more than normal this could be another factor. Sometimes a physciatrist or shrink can help you with this or give you depression medicine, not to say that you are depressed.
