blabby underarms and back i have underarm flab and some fat on my back...i mean im a pretty fit girl like my legs are skinny and my stomach is fine but my back and underarms are having a lil trouble...so what is a good excersise to get this crap off my back and underarms... HELP SUMMER IS COMING!!!!!! ill rate u high!!!

The best thing to do is to tone your arms and "waist."
I usually take dum bells and do 3 sets of 20 three times.
If you can do this, most girls can't, you can try to do pull-ups, but that requires a gym facility.
In addition, yoga would be a fun and great way to do these workouts.. especially if you're with your friends. :)

**TO TONE YOUR ARMS: take two dum bells [whiceveR weight woRks foR you.. even if 3 pounds]. Put one in each aRm, and stand up stRaight with youR feet shouldeR-width apaRt. BRing the dum bells up to youR chest with youR elbows folded out [like TaRzan pounding his chest-soRt of motion, ya know?] Then at a MEDIUM speed... extend youR aRms out to the side, and slowlyt bRing them back in. You can do two at a time to help balance the stRength build up and toning, oR do one at a time if it's easieR. THIS DOES CUH-RRRRAZZIIEEEEEEE AMOUNTS OF MIRCALE!!!!!!!!!! If you do it foR at least 20 minutes a day you'll see a diffeRence in a week TOPS. I do them all the time; it's fun!!
Also, jogging and go bike Riding is just a FANTASTIC way to stay in shape.

To tone you arms and back, lift weights. You can also do pushups and situps. If you have a punching bag use that. ~K.C~ ]
ok i have same problem.. well i am fat all over but i have those arms and stuff. well i dont know about back but with arms i can hook you up with.
LIFT SOME WEIGHTS GIRL!
do some dumbell. not heavy ones like 50 pound but even with 3 pound dumbell and you do it every day 15-20 min per day (well if you are a starter you should only do it 5 min per day and raise it little by little because if you accidently go over board and pull your muscle its bad)
so do it only 5 min per day
and after week raise it to 10
and 15 and so on...
and it will get better so let me know how it went. ]
