bike riding

if i ride my bike for around 30 minutes ..will i get a flatter stomach (and how long will it take to see results) and what else will it help ?

Yeah, it should definitely help. Biking is a great exercise. I have no idea how long it'll take, but you'll def. start seeing results. Also do some situps to tone up your muscles, they work very well when done right.

well it helps bur calories so if you do it enough you might have a flatter stomach it could take stwo weeks depending on if you ride 30 min a day however riding your bike really works thighs cavs and legs so it will help improve those areas if you want it to

if your riding your bike, no you wont get a tighter tummy beccause when your riding a bike you arent doing nething for your stomach. itll help you muscles in your legs tho and thts always good..to see results on your legs, umm maybe a month in a half.. if you want a flatter tummy, and also a tighter one..crunches help so much..i do them everynite before i go to bed..umm 100 of them..youll see results in tht in like 3 weeks..

BikeS? those are for your thighs and legs mainly, unless you power ride, like you see in races! But, that is still not the best for a stomach...it would take a few months... to get the fastest results, do V-Sits (hollow holds) or crunches before you sleep, or ...even Yoga on the extreme side! good luck hun :D

You could see some GREAT Results in the fiRst WEEK!!!!! Also, jogging does WONDERS foR you, so some of that would be good!!! Also, if you wanna slim down too, tRy doing leg lifts. To do these, stand up stRaight, and slowly move youR leg -ONLY YOUR LEG- backwaRds. Like, say you'Re going to kick something, but kick BARKWARDS, and DON'T BEND YOUR KNEES!! It's designed to tone youR thighs and ass! Also, pRoviding you cut out white bRead and soda... [if you'Re used to consuming A LOT of it] you can see a diffeRence the fiRst two weeks. My fRiend did it.. and we weRe both shocked to all hell! But of couRse weight loss takes time.... you just have to stay committed, and have the dRive to keep it up. TRy to keep youRself busy... and sleep as often as possible... these things keep youR mind busy and off food. I can't Really say how long it will take; I suppose that diffeRs fRom peRson to peRson. It Really just depends on how much weight you'Re looking to shed. I'd say you could lose 10 to 20 pounds in a month; that's veRy possible. Goodluck to you!! I wish you the best!! it will help your leg muscles..and maybe even your butt..keep doing it every night or in the morning whenever you do it for several weeks and you should notice a change.
