Lights_Fade_Out answered Thursday June 9 2005, 12:37 pm: When you do sit ups, you come all the way up rather than just picking up your shoulders during crunches. Sit ups can hurt your back if you do them, so I'd reccomend crunches. Crunches can actually do more for your body...I do about 300-500 crunches a day and my body is really getting toned for the summer.
