my brother...
today my brother held my arm so tight i have a bruise, yesterday he hit me over the head with a phone, and the day before he repeaditly hit me with a key board. other times he punches and hits me, i tell my parents and they never do anything. yet when i do something to him i get in trouble immediatly. it isnt fair and it hurts me that he practically abuses me and that my parents dont care. what should i do?

Ok the best thing to do is tell a counseler. This cannot go on any longer. This is a health issue and if you tell the counseler they will help you i promise.

Depending on how old your brother is, I think that you should report him to the authorities. Don't worry about getting him in trouble, NO PERSON HAS THE RIGHT TO TREAT YOU THAT WAY. You do whatever you can to stop him hurting you. Maybe your parents have to SEE him hurt you in order to believe. Do something about it, not hit back, but tell someone. The councilor will help you.

Make your parents care!!! You have to show them proof of what your brother is doing! If that still doesn't work, go to a councelor and see what they can do. The police will probably be a last resort.

Sit down with just you and your parents. Tell them in a calm way that your brother is hurting you and if this keeps happening it could cause damage. Discuss with them what your brother does to you and that it's not normal. Once your parents understand have your brother join the discussion. Take your turn of telling your brother that it hurts you wen he does that. Ask him how he woudl feel if you hit him with a keyboard. Have your parents set down some guidlines and possibly have him see a docter, he may have ADD, or maybe he just wants attention from you. I hope I helped! Good Luck!!!

you need to sit down with them and firmly talk about it. thats not right what he does. i think they need to make stuff like the illegal.
if he doesnt stop. call the cops. seriously, that will solve it.

Get your brother a blow up doll (not necescarily a sexual one) then just let him beat the hell out of that.
Otherwise you may want to consider learning to prevent him from injuring you. Don't get angry, just learn how to stop him from attacking you, he swings, grab his arm and contort it to a position where it is about to break, and where he can tell its about to break. Restrain him. You don't have to hit him or anything, and you certainly don't need to get government officials involved. Just do enough to defend yourself. If you can't do this, then you may want to start considering dealing it back to him. It should only take one effective shot and he should get the picture.

o my gosh!!! you definetly need to tell someone. show your parents the bruises, and try to tape him abusing you. or try to threaten your brother " the next time you hit me i swear to you i will get you arrested" or something like that. if none of these work then call the child protection services. this is urgent!! i really hope i helped! good luck!
