I HAVE AN ANNOYING STALKER!!!
This guy who's friends with my ex really likes me. I told him I just think of him as a friend. He calls all the damn time and whenever i do pick up, he tells me, "Hey i was going to come over to your house today." Practically inviting himself over...i thought...wow..so i have no say in it at all
I told him i was stepping out and hung up.
But later on he called 8 times and the next day he showed up at my house, looking for me (so my brother tells me) while i wasn't home.
This has been going on for a week now.
The constant calling and coming over to see me and leaving me messages on the machine about wanting to "spend time with me" and "date me"
IT NEVER ENDS!!! I was wondering what anyone else thinks i can do. Anything that means he'll go away!!!

You know hopefully he is not the kind of guy that is really sensetive.. because I think you should just tell him to leave you alone.
really that's what i would do.
but say it nicley cuz you don't want him doing anything crazy. really people do crazy things to them selves when they can't have something or someone.
break it to him nicely and maybe just maybe you guys can hang out. you know as friends.
think about that.

Tell him, bluntly, that he has no chance what so ever, and you don`t want to spend time with him. If he won`t leave you alone, ask you parents to speak with him. If that also does nothing, go to the cops and explain that he`s harassing you. ♥

Have your dad or mom tell him to stop calling and coming by or they will notify the police. That should just about take care of that. If that doesn't work then just call them. I'm sure a friendly visit from a nice police officer will straighten him right out. :)

Tell him straight out that you don't like him that way and that you're not interested in dating him. Don't worry about his feelings because you need to get the point across. Worse case scenario tell your parents what's going on and see what they might suggest.
Personally, I'd tell him: "Look, you're a nice guy but I just got out a relationship and I'm not interested in dating right now. And even if I was looking to date I wouldn't even consider you because of the things you have been doing lately. (list the calling, the showing up at your house, etc.)"
It's really creepy and my suggestion, if it gets worse, talk to your local law enforcement and see what kind of stalker laws there are in your state and how to go about using those laws to your advantage.

You should tell him STRAIGHT OUT that you dont like him. Say I dont like you and do not want to date you so please stop calling me and stop showing up at my house. Dont worry about being mean you just have to be firm about it!
