try pilates! you can buy dvds and tapes for like under $15 and it really helps. try to do it every morning, or when you get home from school, and try eating healthy food. try not to eat a lot of dairy though. but, never ever ever skip a day without eating something. even if you drink a bunch of water and don't eat, it's not good.

hope i helped =)

well, actually, just eating healthier, and like you said, really just running, or walking, swimming, lifting weights, crunches or sit ups, also, bike riding and roller blading will help your legs, and roller blading will also help your tuhsie! :) also, just a little tip, its best to exercize in the morning, its a great start to your day! if you exercize at night, it wakes you up, as it does in the morning, and then you have a really hard time sleeping, or dont sleep well!

hope i helped! and thanks for letting me help!

please leave feedback!

You can do crunches, leg lifts, sqauts, side crunches, lunges, push ups, and you can run, jog, and lift weights. All of these exercises will tone the parts of your body that you've mentioned.

lol!this is a weird way to lose weight!i read in the newspaper about a V.J who ate as much as 5-6 people and he was not fat he wondered why.then he found out it was because every night he had nightmares.the next day in the same newspaper coloumn i read that when you have night terror you wake up scared and PERSPIRING why do you think you perspire if you don't burn up calories?you do burn up calories when you have nightmares.so stick monster pictures in your room,on the ceiling and walls.but if you don't belive me take up something like swimming or tennis.you put limits on junk food and eat healthy.give yourself a junk food reward after you've allready excercised and burned up more calories.there is a difference between dieting and not being a pig.dieting always causes eating disorders.don't even think of dieting *juhi*
