hot tub
okay guys. so my neighbors left for 2 nights and i had to watch their dog. i also got in their hottub but i forgot to put the cover back on and before i could go fix it..they came home.
the lady just recently called, and i ignored the phone call. then she walked over here, and my brother answered the door and told her i was taking a nap. she asked him to tell me to call her back.
i'm pretty sure it's not to thank me for feeding their dog, it's to bring up the hottub. theyre good, christian peopel who go to church like 230948 times a week. so i'm not sure if they'd yell at me. i just need advice on how to handle the situation. i'm sooo scared to call back.

Well if you keep avoiding them then they know something must be up. I mean whenever I want to get out of trouble or just not talk about whatever is on my mind because I'm afraid of being yelled at or whatever else I avoid the situation, but whoever I'm avoiding does realize I'm avoiding them and knows something must be up.
So anyway... to a less confusing statement...
If they're just thanking you about the dog then politely say you enjoyed watching it, and you'll do it again sometime if they need you (but only if you really will) and if they mention the hot tub you could do the not so honorable thing and lie and say that you don't know what happened and that surely you wouldn't use their hot tub, or you could confess and say that you thought since you were doing such a nice thing for them that they wouldn't mind you using it and that you do apologize for forgetting to put the cover back on.
I would just call back and if the hot tub comes up, go with the truth, but do as you wish this is just my opinion.

i think that maybe they want to tell you thank you or they want to ask you about the hot tub but if your a good lier say that you have no idea what they are talking about or just tell them the truth you might not ever have to watch their dog again!

Don't avoid her, just talk to her. If she brings up the hot tub be like, "Oh, you have a hot tub?"
Personally I think somebody who goes to church that much should just relinquish all their worldly posessions and live in the church, don't you?

Why dont you just tell them the truth.. or you could just deny the whole thing and act like you have no idea what their talking about but you can resist these people forever they live right next door so just do something soon or they're going to know your lyin much luv dez x0x0 ♥
