just buy a swimsuit with one attached to the swimsuit bottoms thats what i did and worked perfect for me. hope i helped! ♥ carmen

i'm afraid not. the skirts are usually made of the same material as the swim suit and it's not heavy enough to stay down under water. if you really want it to stay down, maybe try putting a weight on the edge on the inside of the skirt. like maybe glueing a magnet or something like that to weight it down. that's really the only thing i can think of. i hope it works out! good luck!
