OmG! There's this girl that goes to my school, she's one of my best friends. But it seems that she wants to be exactly like me. She bought the same exact digital camera I had, the same battery charger, she has the SAME necklace I have, and the same exact purse. I usually don't get mad over this stuff. But now she's asking for the same cellphone I have. Am I over exagerating?

Imitation is the sincerence form of flatterey.Although if she is really going to far talk to her about it dont let her take over but be reasonable.Ive had many times like this and the best way is to talk to them you only need one you not two good luck anything else just write to me i'm always here
bq answered Tuesday May 24 2005, 6:49 am: No your not over exagerating....maybe you should ask her why she is getting all that stuff. When she starts wearing the same clothes or clothes that look the same as yours....tell her she needs to stop. that you are your own person and she is her own person. Maybe she really finds you pretty cool than the others that's why she's following whatever you'll wear or the things you buy for that matter. When she will ask you next time as to where you bought your things then maybe that's the time you can ask her why she always like have the same things you have. Then tell her it's better to be unique than duplicating others. [ sadf16's advice column | Ask sadf16 A Question ]
