hi my dad comes home high everyday. i know he smokes cigars and i was wondering if you can get high off cigars? or is he doing other stuff?

No you cant get high off cigars, if you saw him getting high off of a cigar, this is called a blunt (a cigar that has weed in it), i think you should talk about this with him.
