My life is running on a basis of two things-acting and writing. There are (obviously)other things in my life, but these seem to be my strongest activities. I have had major roles in plays and have been very sucessful with writing as well, winning a $125 prize, a newspaper contest, etc. They are both things that I love doing and are good at, and find it hard to decide hich one I shopuld focus on. I would really like to choose one so that I may start to try out for plays or write for the paper or something, but I find it hard to decide. I am a straight A student, so grades shouldn't be a problem. Please help!

Both these jobs are really good to do but you have to decide wich one that you really in truely in your heart that you wnat to do. These jobs are both really good to do but if you combine them you could be a actor/actress that writes and stars in there own plays or films in combines acting and writing. Hope it helped!! Gud luck on deciding email me telling me what you chose!! [ Poppsie's advice column | Ask Poppsie A Question ]
little_ms_perfect answered Wednesday May 18 2005, 6:39 pm: Why don't you combine the two and become a playwright? Many great playwrights like Shakespeare both wrote plays and acted in them, so you can embrace both of your passions. Or, if writing plays isn’t your cup of tea, become a theatre critic for a newspaper, however if you do that you may not also be able to be an actor. A final idea would be a publicity manager for a playhouse. You get to see plays, write ads for local newspapers, along with making flyers and such. I definatly think that you should try out for plays, and in ur spare time if u have a moment or two work on a story for publication. Its rili refreshin to hear about sumone who is rili focused on pursuing the things they love...good luck and keep me posted on how things turn out! Acting is really nice. You've got to act something that's different each time. On the other hand, writing uses imagination or facts. You're good at both but what would give you the most benefits? Acting or writing? [ sadf16's advice column | Ask sadf16 A Question ]
