decorating ideas and opinions about a sweet 16
Honestly, do you think its too babyish to have a pinata and play the limbo at my Luau thenned sweet 16?
Any suggestions or websites for decorating? thank you all..fives for decent answers

hopefully those will help some with the decorations. as for the pinata and limbo, just decide whether you would have fun with them or not and if your friends would. i personally would not have them but my sweet 16 was not a hawaiiann themed.

Well... honestly, I wouldn't have a pinata at my Sweet 16. I would probably play the limbo (especially if its Hawaiian themed--I don't know why...). That would be cool. But I'm not sure of the pinata, lol. But its totally up to you. Good luck with your Sweet 16 & have fun.

I think it is. Only because its your sweet 16. You want it to be something people can remember. The limbo isnt such a bad idea cause I have friends who did that at theirs, but you have to always keep in mind its not what other people will think, its what you think...Why dont you set up a dance area so you and your friends can dance,and get a DJ or something cool like that, dancing is always great at a party. Hope I helped a little bit.

decorating ideas- give everyone a lei; have fresh hibiscus as your table centerpieces; have grassskirts around the tables; serve like the fun frozen drinks (jsut buy the kind in the can in the freezer section at the grocery store); umm put up a tiki hut as like a dance floor or a serving table; etc...
