Spring Formal TONIGHT!!
ok..so our Spring Formal is Tonight...i have a dress but it looks like an easter dress...its pale pale pink with lace like over it and its strapless and has an attached ribbon around the waist...i want a new dress but we dont have any money because my brother wrecked the car (we gotta pay for that) and were goin to NY is there any way that i could make this dress look more spring-like??...i rate thnx

Get some pretty pink heels and wear it with the dress. Get some cheap jewelry that looks sorta expensive or just nice with the dress. Don't over-do the make-up just a little. Where your hair all pretty. As someone already said if possible take the ribbon off the dress and tie part of it around your neck. My suggestion is that and if you have any left over make a bracelet with it too. Also like someone else said you could make it a bit shorter. Ask your Mom if she has any jewelry you can borrow. Wear a pretty anklet. And paint your nails a pale pink. I think that you'll look pretty. xD. Plus Easter is in the spring so its springy!! xD.

go to your local store and pick out jewlery that matches..
and make-up its spring.. dont over-do it!
wear a light coverup with eye shadow to match the dress.

If possible take the ribbon off the waist from the dress...you could wear it as a neck lace, if you tie it tight around your neck..but cut it do its small -- Im sure the lace and such look nice if its pink..or you could take the lace off the dress you decide get creative with it..its your dress after all!

try making it a mini-cut it short, about knee lenght or shorter... and if you do your hair cute then that could help. jewlery can change the outfit (even cheep jewlery that looks expensive but is not)
