I want to make some healty smoothies with fruit. Im not really sure what to use and how much of it. I know I need fruit and I have it. I want to use strawberries and bannas mixed together or not. It doesnt matter. Can someone please tell me some good recepies for how to make them. Also milkshakes too. Thanks.. oh by the way please dont say search on goodle! Thers nothing on there and its a waste of time.

i'm no expert on making smoothies, but i do have a very good homemade recipe for strawberry milkshakes. youll need about a cup of milk, 6 sliced strawberries, and four scoops of sugar free vanilla ice cream. you can also add some crushed ice, but it doesn't really matter. put everything into the blender and blend! if its all chunked together, use a spoon to mix it around a bit. or it might need a bit more milk. top with fat free whipped cream. hope i helped!

How about you search with GOOGLE instead of Goodle? Goodle is crap. Use Google.

i wanted some smoothies too the other day and google is a waste of time so i just made some myself lol you need frozen strawberries..put however much you will drink..and then add one banana cut up. then add half cup of water. mix in a blender add suger for sweetness if desired hope i helped!

Ok so heres what u need

1 cup strawberries (sliced)
1 1/2 cup ice
1 cup milk
1/4 cup OJ
About 1/4 of a bananna sliced

Bleand till it's thick but drinkable! Enjoy

I have like 12 other recipes so tell me if u want them! x's and o's

this in my opinion is the best::strawberry and bananas and milk..or blueberries, rasberries, strawberries, and milk...use your judgement for how much of each to put in. its good calories and wont go to your theighs so its okay. but control how much you drink.
