When you are moshing you are constantly annoying someone. So a person could say stop moshing.

Moshing is when a few people or a group of people, hence the name 'mosh pit', hit and slam into each other and jump at concerts, specifically at rock/metal concerts.

Moshing is when people at a rock/punk/metal concert basically jump around head banging and slamming into each other. It can be quite painful but no one really cares as it is also quite fun.

During a rock, death metal, etc. concert...everyone starts pushing eachother, hitting eachother, and wrestling and stuff. I dont see the point in it but I guess to some people, its fun.

it happens at rock and metal concerts. mainly guys not really girls,get in a big group and "dance" haha, well they actually just throw eachother around and push a lot. and enjoy good music.

Moshing happens at heavy metal concerts mostly. It happens on the floor usually directly in front of the state. Kids, mostly boys, just group together, and flail their arms, kick their feet, push and shove, punch and kick each other. Jump up and down, and shove their way through the group, and if they make it to the outside of the group, they jump right back in. Kids that are smaller in size, will sometimes be lifted up and carried by the crowd, over their heads. Sometimes kids jump into the crowd from the stage, if they can get up there. Or from chairs. Very often kids get hurt, blood gets drawn, but they do it anyway. They call these groups moshe pits, or maybe is mosh pits.
Some brave girls do participate. But sometimes their clothes are ripped off. My kids go to heavy metal concers, and what they don't like is when older men, jerks really, jump into these pits, and hit and punch with a purpose to deliberatly hurt someone. I guess it is ok, if someone gets hurt while you are just swining your arms around, because that is what everyone else is doing, but to take aim at someone and deliberately hit them, is not good moshing manners.

Moshing basically is an expression of music by the crowd at a concert/gig. It occurs when bands usually of the rock, punk and metal genres play in a live setting. Now it's difficult to explain the essence of the mosh pit without completely underplaying it. But I'll try. At these gigs, members of the crowd will gather at the front and will furiously and passionately shove/ push/ body slam each other in time to the music. But the idea is not to cause any harm to each other( even though that's usually the case ) but just to enjoy the music in a less passive way, like you would if you were to dance to any type of music. But its better than just a dance , much better.
