Well, try to make him more comfortable around you. Try to talk to him when he's not with his friends (they'll pressure him). If there is a social function (either a dance, carnival, etc...), invite him to go with you and some of your and his friends, if they all get along. As to how to flirt, just go with what feels natural. Don't be overbearing, though. You want to be approachable too. Just relax when you're around him, and he'll warm up to you.
Hope this helps! <3

well. he is probably nervous around you, so thats why he never talks to you. you have to get him to not be so shy around you. maybe you should go up to him one day and just start talking to him. try to get to know him better. start off slow, until he is comfortable being around you. then take it from there.. after a little while, if u feel a vibe there, maybe you should get his number and tell him that you guys should hang out sometime. if there isnt a vibe dont push it. you dont want to scare him off.

whenever that happens w/ one of my friends, we plan a group hangout. it might be a trip to the movies and an after-time pizza, or a sport-fest. this way you won't be shy of talking to him, and also, you can find out some of his interest. the next time you see him in school, you can talk about the events and maybe try some flirting.

-good enough?
