Question Posted Wednesday May 4 2005, 8:55 pm

I'm so stressed because I'm going to be taking my last gateway tomorrow and it's my worst subject--biology. I make good grades in there because I do the work, but I don't understand it. And I tried studying, I just don't get it and it bores me. But I really try. And my teacher tries to explain it but I get lost and I can't figure out anything. And the gateway depends on if I get my high school diploma. I get another chance to take it next year, but I want to get it right this year. And I don't get over half of it. Can somebody help me come up with overnight study tips or something to keep my stess level down? I rate really high.

the obvious stuff they drill into your brain since elementary school, lots of sleepy, good breakfast but dont eat to much or sleep to much, and dont overstudy, it puts alot more stress on you, do your best and the day befor study for a while then go have some real fun somewhere, just relax, studying all year helped you alot already

Get lots of sleep and, no matter what urban legend says, no caffiene! Or any other drugs for that matter (I don't know you, so I don't know if you're into that). Other than that, I'm not really sure... srry

Use common sense.

Seriously.

I'm sure a bunch of the questions will be based on common sense. www.phsschool.com has some study tips...I think!!
