Meaning people write music and lyrics about every subject, even the hard ones, like rape, and killing and drugs, and abuse, and death, and war ,and government sanctioned killing, and millions of people starving, and heart break, and cheating, and prison, and drugs and addiction. Now people
who try to insulate themselves from reality. Or deny that these things happen, by hiding in their own little worlds (their houses) Once they hear the music the "truth" is exposed. or the sky is exposed. They can't deny the truth any longer.
How's that for a woman who is 52. I have two teenage boys though and they are heavy into music. heavy metal. I think that helped me to figure this out.
Solemnstar answered Wednesday May 4 2005, 9:35 pm: as i see it it it means that music destroys all of the shelters of our reality and sends us to a new place the house part means that we build them so we can listen to music
