My race car I have a Toyota Minolta(sponsored) race car that I am using in endurance races. Since it is more than 1000 horsepower, the gas mileage isn't that great. It is a middle-engine, rear wheel drive monster of a car. Heres the problem: My rear tires are wearing out much faster than my front tires, i know with it being rear wheel drive that it is prone to doing this, but is there a way to prevent it? Should i increase the downforce on the rear wing or would that just cause more problems? Advice please.

if you own the toyota minolta race car i would hope that you have more mechanical knowledge than this. ]
you know you don't own the toyota minolta race car. if you own that then i own the LM corvette C6. ]
you should add more down force to it so it gets better traction and dosen't wearout as many tires. ]
Adding more downforce to the rear will reduce oversteer. In doing this, your rear tires should last longer. ]
well when i go to races ppl burn out and that heats up your tires and so that could be a reason that they are wearing out faster and the other reason could be b/c you have more weight on the front and your rear wheel drive and that the tires in the back just spin more and so i think you should put downforce on the rear wing and that should help
hope i helped
