Just start talking to him, if hes goes all shy and finds it hard to talk to you its a sure thing he likes you. Just be honest and he might like you.

Start acting like you don't like him it gets them every time though still flirt with him but when he does it back kinda blow it off. It should work.

12-13 year old guys are a little immature yet. If he says he doesn't like you Then you need to back off for awhile. If you don't he may get mad and hold it against you forever. Just give him time to mature a little more. :)

do u have tits? wear a low cut shirt or sumthing haha... or u know what helps? talking to him? what kinda stuff does he like? example; say he loves sports... ask him what his favorite sports team is and...( guy <333 talkin about themselves) or ask him what his favorite band is... and be like oh my god i love that band( even if you dont know it haha) if you do... thats awsome... if you dont go home and do reaserch on it asap...just remember guys LOVE talkin about themselves... and they love tits

don't jump torwards him fastly. just take it slowly and start talking to him as a frined and try to hang out with him but don't say anything about a realtionship, once you guys know eachother a bit more then make your move. ask him if he likes you now that e knows you if not continue to be his friend. if nothing works and you're really into this guy try to ask him what his type is, you can change your style but don't change your personality because then he'll notice something.
