ok i know this sounds like pretty pathedic or something..but when i heard about anirexia, i thought to my self that..."that will never happen to me! i love my self to much for that!" but now im totally obessed with my weight...yes i do admit it... its like im always watching what i eat..how many grams of fat are in it..and now im looking at websites about anirexia..i tried puking..but it was to hard to do..is this a normal thing for my body to always feel fat?? i would really appreciate any advice..or help you can tell me...thanks

Well, it's not your body, it's how you look at yourself. You can't always be putting yourself down, or you'll just feel worse and worse. First you have to learn to love yourself for what you are, and if you're not comfortable with your body, then do something about, but don't obsess over it. Try to excercise more, and eat better, simple as that. ]
dont worry i have tried it too and i know what you are going throught and dont go straught to you doctor first just try some diets and fill up your day to try to forget about it

Don't even think about making yourself vomit to lose weight. You WILL die from it. You might tell yourself 'Oh, when I get my goal I'll just start eating more.' It doesn't work that way. Once you've done it on a regular basis, your body will begin to feed off your organs, your liver will go first. What you need the most. You may not want to, but your body will think otherwise.
Its natural to think yourself fat. You look at yourself from above. Its a whole different view to others around you from the front or side. I thought I was fat, and then I looked in the mirror. I was like, Swarchenegger(sp).
It is natural though, to think yourself over weight because of this. So ask a friend maybe. Or your doctor. Its really alot better if you had a doctor tell you you were a bit overweight.

Anorexia is serious stuff. One of my friends relatives died from it a couple years ago. It's okay to watch your weight, but going overboard is BAD! And, think about why you are obsessing over your weight. Is it really to impress other people? If not, what's the reason. When you find that out, it's easier to give up extreme weight watching. well, I hope everything works out! ]
i'll tell you the same thing my friend told me when i was...concerned about my weight. "its like an unwritten law or something for girls to feel fat" which is true. ever girl feels this way. also remember"you never know just how you look through other peoples eyes" think about what your friends are going to do? hope i helped. if you need anything, leave one in my inbox.

Every girls feels this way, in her life at one point, and it's normal for your body to make you feel fat. Please, DO NOT become anorexic. You will lose weight too fast and when you want to stop, you can't, and when you seek help to gain weight, you'll gain everything back and your metabolism will mess up. If you think you are fat and such, then just eat healthy and exercise. ]
Trust me...all girls think they are fat. But they're not. So just have confidence in yourself and have fun with life. Think about the people in the world who don't have even a small percent of the food you have eaten in your lifetime. They would give anything to have something to eat, but here you are throwing it away. Hopefull this will make you feel so guilty that you will eat. But an eating disorder is a psycological diease...if it gets any worse, talk to your doctor. ]
i think that you might just feel this way for a while maybe its just a phase but if it lasts a long time you should diffenaly think about seeing a docter! good lcuK! hope it helped! =) x0x ]
