Whenever I try to put a pic on advicenators or myspace it doesnt work.. On advicenators it says it has to be less than 15k how do i make it less? and why doesnt it work on myspace? thx!!
Mackenzie answered Thursday April 28 2005, 5:30 am: FiRst, copy and paste the image onto MicRosoft's paint pRogRam. Then highlight it with the dotted Rectangle looking thing at the top left of the toolbaR. Next, go to "Image", then "StRech/Skew", and gRadually go down in the peRcentage size. EveRy time you change it, tRy uploading it to see if it's an appRopRiate size. Simply keep tRying 'til it's acceptable. Hope this helps!! Goodluck to you!! elscorcho96 answered Thursday April 28 2005, 1:17 am: Getting a free graphics program like IrFanView ([Link](Mouse over link to see full location)) will allow you to view information about your files and do simple edits like resizing, sharpening, etc. To make your image smaller, resize it and make it smaller. So if your image is 200x200 pixels, try making it 100x100 pixels. When making images smaller, it is always a good idea to sharpen them once or twice before making them smaller, otherwise they turn out blurry.
