Okay well my friend and i want to quit the dance team we are on rite now and we want to go to a dance studio that concentrates mostly on technique and such. I think thats cool, but I also think competing would be fun. Should I quit the dance team to go to the dance studio or do both???
Duckie answered Wednesday April 27 2005, 8:37 am: I would do both! Like you said, it'd be cool to compete AND learn technicques and such. Doing both might even balance out the other. For example, you might get techniques from the studio that you could share with your dance team..and win more competitions. Goood luck deciding!
Mackenzie answered Wednesday April 27 2005, 6:33 am: Do both if possible!! But if you find that you only have time foR one oR the otheR, peRhaps you should ask youRself how seRious you aRe about dancing. If you feel it's something you would like to spend youR entiRe life doing, then peRhaps you should go to the dance studio foR pRopeR tRaining. Looking at it fRom a diffeRent pRespective, you Really ought to make the most of youR school yeaRs, they Really do just fly on by, and they'll be oveR befoRe you know it. So ask youRself, which of the two Reasonings aRe most impoRtant to me. Goodluck deciding! I wish you the veRy best! Hope I helped!! =D [ Mackenzie's advice column | Ask Mackenzie A Question ]
karenR answered Wednesday April 27 2005, 1:21 am: Why not do both? They are probably diffrent routines, lots of practice! I think all the dancing you can get will probably benefit you. :) [ karenR's advice column | Ask karenR A Question ]
xFeelinLucky answered Tuesday April 26 2005, 11:59 pm: well it all depends how many classes your taking (for the class you want to quit) i say if your taking it more than 2 or 3 times a week then you could quit some of those classes and take 1 and take the other one you want to join also. or if you are only taking it once a week then just think if you want to concentrate more on technique or on having fun and pick. its all up to you and what you want to do but i hope i helped!
