How can you tell if your bi-polar?

Bi-Polar disorder is also known as mania depression. Some symptoms of this depression are:

-Feelings of exceptionally high energy,happiness, and creativity
-Extream irritability
-A tendancy to be easily distracted
-A decreased need for sleep
-Racing thoughts and hyper-alertness
-Increased moving and talking
-Grandiose ideas, overconfidence, and/or a feeling of being invincible
-Difficulty making decisions
-Obnoxious behaviour
-Denial that there's a problem
-Risk taking behaviours
-Becoming extreamly happy to angry in a matter of moments.
