Don't play, if you play with an injury, you may make it worse, if it gets worse, you may not be able to play for even longer.

Hey!
If your leg is hurting that bad that you don't think you could play....then don't! I know you will probably feel like you are letting your team down, but it is better then really injuring yourself more by pushing yourself to play harder. I suggest that you just sit out this game, but play in the next one if your leg feels better then.

xoxoxo
I hope this helps

P.S. If you are really feeling bad bout letting your team down, maybe ask someone to take you to your game so you can watch and cheer your team on.

I would not put your health on the line for a soccer game. there will be other games. if you do go you might push it to hard and then end uo making the injury worse than it is. Your team will understand that you really want to be there but if you go you could worsen the injury and prevent yourself from playing in future games.

My suggestion is- 24 hours of iceing the hurt spot

24 hours heating the hurting spot.

i hope I am helping.

Well, the old saying goes, 'take one foR the team'. HoweveR, theRe's an exception to eveRything. If you find you'Re in too much pain to play this afteRnoon, then it's completely unfaiR of youR teammates to expect you to jeopardize *YOUR* health oveR one game. What makes you think that *THEY'D* show up if *THEY* weRe the one in pain, especially if you say you'Re betteR than eveRyone else. PeRhaps you should ask youR guaRdian to take a look at youR leg and see what they think if you'Re Really conceRned. Bottom line, this is Really up to you, Hun; only you can decide if you'Re well enough to play today. Just use youR head, and be pRepaRed to accept the consequences should you fuRtheR injuRe youRself as a Result of today's game. Goodluck deciding! I hope you feel betteR!
