I love a guy, Who loves a Girl, but the Girl, doesn't love him. But the guy who loves the girl, doesn't love me, so it goes around in circles...i want to get this guys attention...How should I without totaly letting him know that i REALLY love him????

That's not a circle. It's not even a triangle unless the other girl likes you. lol. So it's more like an unfinished triangle.
First off, stop saying you love him. I'm sure you don't. Love is a strong word, and people overuse it waaay too much. You probably have a deep infatuation, or crush. Until you go out with the guy and you know him completely you cannot say you love him. He'll probably think you're a psycho if you tell him you love him.

After you've flirting for a while and he still hasn't gotten the message or hasn't made a move, it's time for you to tell him how you feel verbally. Just ask him to meet up at the park or where ever and tell him you really like him and would like to spend more time together. Or you can ask him to the movies, spend time together, and then tell him how you feel. Whatever you do, don't do it by giving him a note, or calling him, or having a friend tell him. That's just sad because it means you can't even talk to the guy you like.

You will really have a hard time getting his attention if he's in love with someone else. If he did go out with you, it may be just to get over her...which is bad for you too. If knowing all that you still want to persue him (I don't recommend). Then you could tell him that you know how he feels because you feel the same about him as he does about her. Take it from there. I honestly think you will get hurt if you persue him though. :) Sorry.
