Sorbet- how do you make it?

How do you make a nice healthy sorbet using a fruit smoothie or juice? Thanks.

I think you just have to add lots of crushed ice or freeze your smoothie or juice, once frozen just crush the ice and put in one of those ice cream glasses. For a more proffesional recipe you could look in cosmogirl or maybe search in google. Hope enjoy your sorbet!!

Cosomogirl has just added loads of new informations and tips to help you make a smoothies. Eather buy the magazine or search cosomogirl and click the link. I think you should just go mad get a bunch of fruits and orange juice and mix them all together and see what you end up with it might be nice you never know.

well im not sure if you are talking about making one yourself or what ingrediants you need to make one but i know either way ..
1. making it yourself- get a smoothie book and buy all the ingrediants it tells you to in order to make one or if you dont want to buy the smoothie book just bring a pen and paper to the store and copie the ingrediants form the book

not making it yourself-i love smoothies also and i dont make them myself i go to target and get smoothie mixes to go with my smoothie maker i have that i got at bed bath and beyond another good place for the smoothie mixes is also bed bath and beyond
