my sisters and mom
ok i live with my dad but my sisters live with my mom and well my mom is in wastion and she was soppost to be back today and well she is staying till thursday. and my sister called my dad crying and he said if she puts of going back to the house he will drive up their and get them ok my question is is what my mom is doing right?

Well.. Now that aditional information is a big help.
If they have no money, they have no way of getting food.
First off I don't know how long she was gone but to leave your kids on their own while you are visiting your boyfriend for a while isn't the best thing. My father does that and leaves my brother at home. My brother hates it.

Sorry, really need more info. With what you've given I don't know why mom is staying until Thursday. So far as I know changing plans isn't against the law yet.
