this is gunna sound like a ridiculous question but sometimes my poo is bloody and occasionaly green is this normal or should i seek help?

It's not that of a ridiculous question. That happens to some people. Your poop shouldn't really be abnormal colors. However, if it is ony SOMETIMES green that's okay usually. It just means you have recently eaten something that's really green. Like spinach, brocoli, lettuce, celerey, etc. As for there being blood in your excrents, it shouldn't really be happening. Unless of course you are a girl and this is happening when you are on your period. If it occurs, it could be a couple of things, you could have maybe recently eaten beets? Or, you could have hemroids, there are tons of creams and medicines for that. And lastly, not to scare you, but if this is reoccuring you could possibly have collin problems IE: collin cancer. If this keeps happening please seek the help from a doctor. Best wishes. :)
