jump rope
hey all this may sound stupid but does anybody know of an easy way to learn how to jump rope by yourself. i will rate high for reasonable answers.

Ok. An easy way. I'm NOT being sarcastic. First, you hold both ends of the ropes and make sure the rope is behind you. Then turn it and right as it hits the ground near your feet, jump. Then just continue.

The way I learned was I got two friends and had them swing the rope. It was hard to do by myslef. Sorry if it wasnt what your were lookinmg for.

Go by a cheap jump rope and just practice every day for a while until your good at it.
