karenR answered Tuesday April 5 2005, 12:37 pm: You probably zigged where you should have zagged somewhere in there.Try 15 min. heat and 15 min ice. See if that helps along with some aspirin.
It will yake about 3 days to feel better. If not go to Dr and have it checked out. [ karenR's advice column | Ask karenR A Question ]
Karen answered Tuesday April 5 2005, 7:24 am: The arch exercise probably caused your back to ache and you probably did it wrong. Stop doing it for a day or two and if the pain doesn't go away, use Icey Hot and that will help get rid of the pain. [ Karen's advice column | Ask Karen A Question ]
freun989 answered Tuesday April 5 2005, 12:29 am: You are probably doing the exercise wrong, which is causing the pain... try and lay off the work out routine for a while and see how it feels. About the pain now, alternate bettween heat pads and ice packs. [ freun989's advice column | Ask freun989 A Question ]
