hi... girlfriend or friend which to choose

hey, im friends wit this girl but i dont want to get to close with her cause im scared i might end up liking her and getting the old response "i dont want to ruin what we have" so umm yea im 15 going on 16 so i want a answer for a 15y/o person... thanks... im a guy.

well if your too distant, your probably just going to drift apart, and you won't be friends anymore. I mean you don't even know if you'll like her. In my opinion, nothing ventured nothing gained. Maybe things might be awkward between you, or it may be great!
