www.ljlayouts.org has loads of free layouts.
There's also loads of LJ layout communitys on livejournal just search Layouts or LJ Layouts or premade layouts.

some communities on LJ are dedicated to making layouts for other people to use as long as you credit them.
just look layouts up on interests, and it should show you lots of communities you could pick from

Those are two communites. There are a lot though just do a search on livejournal. I can make one but I'm to lazy to even change mine. If you can't get anything to work for you I'll help you make one.
