First things... Don't be ashamed to tell your mom. It happens to a LOT of people.
You are going to have to go to the doctor for help on this one.
Did you know that it can be a symptom of certain things?
A sweet smell like fruit, or fruit that has been out too long can be a symptom of diabetes.
An chemical cleaner type smell like ammonia can indicate an unhappy liver or kidneys.
Some times people smell wierd for days after eating food that they don't even know they are alergic to.

You could have a chemical imbalance within your body that causes it to secrete that funny odor. Your mom will be able to take you to the doctor, and the doctor will be able to diagnose what is wrong with you. The solution could be as simple as a pill or a shot every few weeks/months. The sooner you talk to your mother, the faster you can get this fixed. [ Miss_Lily's advice column | Ask Miss_Lily A Question ]
