You should try sim only deal. I got the same problem before but when I subscribed to [Link](Mouse over link to see full location) all my problems had gone.

Psh. Cell phones are overrated. Go with UPS. I mean, what can't Brown do for you?

Cingular. Seriously, I had TMobile and their customer service is definitely not the best, and they find ways to charge you over little things. Cingular is much better, great reception and service, with a helpful staff. I have the family plan with my Dad, but I use a lot of text messages and alot on AIM, so I'd recommend getting the highest MEdia package, I think it's $12 extra a month, if you are interested in that sort of stuff- at first I didn't know and got like the cheaper one, the $8 one, and it costs 10 cents PER message, and I literally drove up a $500 bill! So be careful with online time [esp if you sign in to Yahoo if you go on MEdia Net or AIM], but definitely choose Cingular. Check out their site for some FREE phones, they mail it to you for free too I believe, and some offers are only available online. I've got my mother- a person who doesn't like to change- to switch over! She loves it! ♥ Good luck!

I've never had TMobile but Cingular is a pretty good service with pretty good phones so I say go for Cingular since it has the phone you like. Its only a $10 difference.

I used to have cingular but I like TMobile so much better. It has a much better service plan. I would go with the company that has the better plan. It's worth it in the end. And some of the phones are really cute! But the cute ones are all $175+ in my opinion.

♥ Always,
Maria

It really doesn't matter what kind of phone you get from either of these two companies. Personally, I think Cingular is better, since AT&T and them are together now but T-Mobile has a better service plan. I would just go with the phone that is cheaper and with the company that has a better plan in my opinion.
