I'm the same exact way as you. I get very worried about my grades and feel incredibly pressured, it's like ENDLESS or something.. But yeah -- just sit back, relax..maybe ask your teacher your grade on it and see where it goes from there. Just do the best you can (which I'm sure you do)..but there's really not much else to do but stay calm so you don't feel overworked or anything..because that can leead to so much stress and other things.

Good luck

RELAX. Take a little break and take a nice long warm bubble bath, or spend some time on the phone with a friend talking about stuff other than work/school!

i can't tell you how many times this happens to me...try not to think about the test so much because you'll wind up worrying a lot more. put on some music or talk to one of your friends online or on the phone, watch some tv, maybe even take a hot bath with some headphones on...try to distract yourself from the test as much as possible! worry about it when you get it back...and if you didn't do as well as you would have liked the world's not over...

I have this same problem! But you can't let it get to you. Let's say that you don't do well on the test, yes it is a bummer, but it isn't your last test. And by worrying about it, your test grade isn't going to go up any. Just relax!!!

Well finals impact your grade but usually only by one letter grade. You did your best and thats all that matters! Why dont you go out with someone to the movies or mall..or whatever to get your mind off of the final? Have some fun! Forget about science, its school! LOL. I'm sure everything will turn out okay. Good luck !
