ok this might sound weird so brace yourself! lol anyways... ok so whenever i shave my legs (like the half below the knee) when i'm done i have like these dots all over them. My legs will be smooth but they still have these dots. I think they get more notice-able when i put lotion on afterwards too. Its nothing like razor burn tho... i dont know what it is! its like the hair underneath my skin?? but its still silky smooth!
what should i do to get rid of it?
mrs_radcliffe answered Monday March 28 2005, 10:18 am: You can use cream, it will help get rid of them, and when you shave you loads of shaving cream or soap and do it with walm water. Yes it will be hair coming through which is a unlucky if you have just shaved, there is this cream called johnsons and it makes your legs look alot smoother and your hairs less noticable so you can shave less often.
Erinn_the_bamf answered Monday March 28 2005, 8:07 am: It is new hair starting to grow. Like you said it will feel silky smooth. However, as you probably know once you shave your hair grows back thicker. So your hair is probably starting to form. Don't be alarmed this is normal. There really isn't any way around this, sorry. I hope I helped! ♥ good luck [ Erinn_the_bamf's advice column | Ask Erinn_the_bamf A Question ]
Sherry answered Monday March 28 2005, 1:42 am: That always happens, thats why your supposed to ut lotion on them after you shave. gets rid of the dots sorta and takes away the dryness you got from shaving! [ Sherry's advice column | Ask Sherry A Question ]
CaLiEnTeBaYbEe answered Monday March 28 2005, 12:27 am: hey i get them too but their not really bad. use skintimate shaving cream for "sensative skin"..and then maybe put aloe vera lotion on or something like Curel lotion thats a moistruizer with aloe vera. maybe try getting a better razor? or maybe its because you have thick hair or something....try not pressing so hard down when you shave, do it lightley. if nothing helps, talk to your mom about it or someting!!
