Okay I am 14/female. I weigh 157 lbs. And I eat too much. Like when I am bored I will eat food. I am fat and I really would like to lose weight. I will look and feel better if I do. My Mom is on Weight Watchers and I want to do that. I am going to most likely, but what I want to know is what are some ways that you can excercise at home? And what are some ways to discipline yourself not to eat so much? I know that if I lost weight then I would be prettier then I am. Also what are some ways to build leg muscles and stomach muscles? And how can I get rid of the stretch marks on my stomach. If anyone knows of some quick ways of losing weight please let me know. During the summer I will be able to lose a little bit of weight because I have a pool and I will be swimming a lot. I am sorry that this is so long. This is kinda off topic of the question but also I am pretty pale skinned. What are some easy ways to tan at home without having to be soaked with tanning oil?

Well i see you want to lose weight but you don't know how to go about doing it. Okay not to long ago i wanted to lose weight soooo badly because i thought i was overweight. So what i did was joined some kind of sport. I joined a dance team because i love too dance. But if you dont like to dance just pick a sport that u liek and i promise you will build strong muscles and lose ALOT OF WEIGHT. I promise. You say your pale you also say u have a pool. well DUH go outside and layout for liek an hour a day. MAKE SURE TO PUT ON SUNSCREEN OIL. Well i hope everything works out for you. i hope my advice helped you. Also walking a few blocks a day REALLY WORKS.

i really have to know your height BUT anyway, you can do squats, run, tae bo, pilates. if you dont want to eat as much, try hanging out as far away from the fridge as possible then youll have to move to get to the food. following your mom's plan is not a bad idea! there are NO fast ways to lose weight! 2 pounds a week is a good pace. luck! <3

All right, here I go with the answers to all of your questions. Some ways to exercise at home is to do yoga, run in place, run or jog on a treadmill, run up and down your stairs, watch and follow an exercise video, pilates, and so many other ways. To discipline yourself to not eat so much, you need to take an elastic and snap it whenever you want to eat yourself. Tell yourself that you are only going to eat 3 times a day and only healthy snacks. This will help you, trust me. Some ways to build muscle in your legs and stomach/abdominal, you need to do squats, lunges, leg lifts, and run or jog. For your stomach/abdominal, you can do crunches and sit ups. To get rid of stretch marks on your stomach, put some cocoa cream or Vitamin E cream on your stomach and your stretch marks will fade away. The only, easy way to tan at home without having to be soaked with tanning oil is to buy those artifical tanners that won't give you that orange/fake look.
