No, there isn't. You can put them anywhere on your page. Just enter this code anywhere that you want your links to go: [a href="LINK"]TEXT[/a] Replace all the [ with < and all the ] with > and where it says LINK, that's where you put the URL of a site and where it says TEXT, that's where you put the title or anything you want it to say.
